Gone in 60 Seconds is a 2000 American action film, starring Nicolas Cage, Giovanni Ribisi, Christopher Eccleston, Robert Duvall, Will Patton, and Angelina Jolie. The film was directed by Dominic Sena, and written by Scott Rosenberg. It was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, producer of The Rock, and Armageddon, and is a remake of the 1974 H.B. Halicki film of the same name.
The film was shot in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and throughout Los Angeles and Long Beach, California.

Is this a different version than the theatrical release? I used to watch this scene over and over as a kid and it seems different here.

The directors cut I think, the chase was longer by a few minutes?

@@thejanusproject32Yes, correct. It has some good additions, but it uses the same cuts over & over non stop later in the chase. It’s quite cheap & distracting.
