"Man! This guy can drive!"
"What, WHAT!!?"
"It's probably mostly the car!"
My favorite lines from this movie!
Yeah, fuck the logic
Script was too good up to that point
I agree my Favorite Line too!
The chase is not as important as the getaway. - Gone in sixty seconds.
“150 160 he’s gone” “man this guy can drive” gets me every time
"What? WHAT!?" "It's Probably mostly the Car!"
Same here... I'm like what you saying man
20 yrs since the movie came out
But......
54 yrs since the car came out and it never gets old not a little bit
Classic always a classic
One of the most legendary chase scenes of that generation
“He’s Gone”
Nicholas cage here is 10 times a greater driver than anyone from the fast and the furious franchise and can beat anyone of those guys in a quick race without even breaking a sweat.
My guy he is very skilled in this movie but so is Brian O’Connor in the first the fast and the furious movie he was not only a very skilled get away driver but also he did the impossible telling the laws of physics to f**k off and drifted a front wheel drive 2g Mitsubishi eclipse 😳 not only that he was dodging shots from a uzi submachine gun which can fire 600 rounds per minute or 5 bullets per second and he was not a crazy comic book character or a crazy anime character he was driving chasing in a vehicle and it’s still very hard to dodge bullets even when driving and not only did he dodge every burst of shots the car didn’t get hit not even once even in close range 🤯
Absolute perfection. My fav Cage movie!!!! 🖤🖤🖤
Still the best car chases I have ever seen in a movie
Yep
Taxi 1 final scene
Try the original movie. There's a chase for you.

“This is a NC Star Sir, Not an Apache” loll
I want that car so bad I love the 67 Shelby GT500 in that movie
Me to
Logan rabb apparently this car is actually an Eleanor
I drove one best car iv ever droven..
I always refer to it as Eleanor , the movie made me do it
Fun fact the gt500 didnt actually exist in 67... It came about in 71. They did have the gt350.
The reason they chose to stay with the 500 was to pay homage to the original gone in 60 secs movie.
But this car was built specifically for this movie and didnt actually exist.
The funny thing is... Thats exactly how nitrous feels lmao. The camera work in this movie was phenomenal
My hats off to whoever blueprinted that engine. You hit the N at 7800rpm most will explode and you have rods and heads all over south LA
It’s a movie
I was thinking the same thing lol. "Wouldn't you hit the nitrous lower in the rpm band?" was running through my head.
I got to sit in Elenor in Salt Lake City when I was 10. Met the Rat Fink artist. Frick awesome memories

Job interview??? What's that?
Cops are probably thinking, We gotta catch him but we don’t want to destroy that gorgeous car.
You know a mustang when you here one, especially a Shelby.
Sounds like Nicholas Cage knows how to handle a clutch and a h pattern shifter.
He went to race driving school did his own stunt driving for this movie
@@stevenshattuck3821 the best I can do at the moment is a sequential and a good gas and brake.

I never understood why it looked like the no name cops in this movie could drive like pros. Hell every beat cop in the city should be considered a Drift King.
Go baby go 😍😍😍
On another note, they're no longer making Mustang 😭😭😭
Get em while they're out there

NFS Most Wanted 2005.
One of the best racing games on the old school Xbox.
*FAST & FURIOUS = Gone in 60 Seconds*
Their car gonna be gone lol
Nicolas Cage holds the distinction of being one of the few fugitives to escape Raylan Givens.
One of Cages better films

I love movies that has chases it’s very exciting to me this one it’s stands alone
Love how he has to flick armed to activate the nos! Smokes them!
Best part about these old car movies is the shifting clips they even show the feet real man shit now everything’s automatic
It’s like playing need for speed hot pursuit ..
Reminds me of the 2005 version of NFS: Most Wanted.
@@ButteredToast32 The pursuit music sounds similar as well did the composer go on to work for nfs most wanteds soundtrack? Edit Yes Paul Linford composed the soundtrack in this Movie and in NFS Most Wanted 2005

I drove this thing in carbon all the time
What a iconic and sexy ride
💯 dna mustangs 🔥
If this was done today :
"Do NOT lose him"
"This is an A-star sir, not an Apache"
"Are you presuming my gender"
"Uuuh, Im sorry sir, what?"
"Did you just assume my gender son?"
"Its Ma'am!!!!!"
This offends me therefore you must be "cancelled" ... additionally I want you to know that I identify as a generic fluid. (i.e. think water, oil, any common liquid)
😂😂😂
Well done!!!!
Suspect has increased speed to 120.
Gets a bit squirrelly around sustained 160 you got to be on top of your game. One screwup or blown tire and it is over.

RATED PG-13
for some use adventure, comcis sci-fi action and drug material.
how nitrous actually looks
Did anyone notice the sewage water from GTA 5 and the bridges
The movie takes place in LA so…
With a 560 Hp 7.0 liter Roush-Made Big Block V8, Eleanor is the fastest classic Shelby Mustang on the streets.
All missing was news helicopter narrative.)
Go baby go😜
Him vs dom? Who would win?
What heat is this pursuit? 6?
Detective Wolf would think twice chasing Mephis
Heat 50
Yup 5 or 6
“Man this guy can drive”- as he goes in a straight line 😂
Where's Part 1 with the engine start?
Director's cut.
The problem with the helicopter scene is, police helicopters don't CHASE cars....they maintain station ABOVE the car, where the car can't actually escape. Particularly in the flood control, all it'd have to do is get to 1000-1500 feet, and it would easily be able to keep Eleanor in sight.
True. But it is an action movie and you would miss the cool scene with the chopper flying under the bridge. That would never happen in real life.
terminator 2 scene of chase
Is it weird that I prefer this car over a Lambo?
@sergio hernandez No, not at all. Just shows you have great taste, Lamborghini’s are about the most overrated car in the history of the automotive world besides maybe the Corvette.
Why do some people say this movie suck
Because it mostly does outside of this admittedly great ending. The acting and dialogue are awful.
We are building an exact replica. They missed an important point in that a real gt500 has a 140 speedo..we are torn between between honoring a true GT500 or the car in the movie that is a fake in the movie and in reality. Little details that drive me nuts! 😂
This is an Astar sir not an Apache! Yeah your job is to monitor the chase from above and give direction to ground units not be in the chase at ground level 🤦🏽🤦🏽
Nicholas cage use nos to out run a police chopper
There’s a video of a hellcat out running a police chopper in real life
Like the pilot said, "It's an A Star, not an Apache. There is nothing special about Police Helicopters
It’s got nos
Why isnt there a part 1?
Lol got.......its mostly the car..
Instead of go baby go I would go with go like hell more of a ford reference for the nos button
You post 1 of 3 and 2 of 3. Where the hell is 3 of 3?
Pretty lame.

What about swedish fishes?? Get the mailbox 😒
I hate movies with nitrous, because you don’t press a button and you go vroom, its already through the entire car.
Most nitrous systems will have an arming switch so that is accurate. Most people will run a micro switch on the gas pedal or throttle blades to activate the system at WOT only but there is no reason you can't have that switch on the shifter, steering wheel or somewhere else. Plus it looks good for the movie. Anyway at least it is better that F&F with bottles in the passenger seat and floor boards that fall off when you hit the button.
You can wire nitrous for button trigger... Thats how my system was setup.
Its better to use a WOT switch. Or a window switch but there's no law or rule about using a button.
@@3star2nr I prefer the button for the plant you in your seat feel.
No where near as good as the original
The original was trash and the car was ugly
