I remember watching this show as it was coming out episode by episode until about halfway through the second season (during which my abuser and I split and I couldn't handle finishing it alone) and I'm finally revisiting - this has been a wonderful series to rewatch after all this time and so much change
I love how each season gets longer by about half an hour each time. Like season 1 is 2 and a half hours, season 2 is 3 hours and season 3 is 3 and a half hours long

I have the tendency of always getting into things (like shows) really late into the game. I literally just got into this show this year (2020) and I love it! I love the whole concept that the characters sexuality is just a normal thing. No one questioning it, no one calling them out on it. I really wish I got into this when it actually premiered. I had heard about it during a live Tweet of the new season of Good Witch this year which Elise Bauman is guest starring on as Kat Barrell's character's business partner and people kept making references to Dominique Provost Chalkey who played in the movie. I didn't get the connection until I started watching Wynonna Earp. So, I ended up looking into it sometime later and I instantly was hooked. During that time I was still kind of teetering on an emotional slump and watching this really helped me get fully out of it. Elise and Nat are amazing as their characters! The whole cast is amazing! I wish there were more to watch. With no shame I admit that I have seen this series over like fifteen times within a week and continue to still watch it even now as I write this long winded comment. :)
I always say "buckle up creampuff" or "creampuff" to my girlfriend all the time. But she has never watched the series so here I am show this masterpiece :D

It wasnt just that she was upset about the change or how she can't act around them like she usually does. It plays into her denial as well. This series is damn layered and I love it
