Word, it’s good point like the old breakdancers had to make moves and a lot of breakers now have this big scientific foundation of movements to learn but in some ways it’s the freshness of originality so you have to have the basics in Hip Hop but also you have to add your own flavor

Right like Kenpo at the highest level of freedom to move the fist or wing chun into JEET KUNE DO. Both are good at certain points in life but to I have more options more freedom you have to let go as in motion or kenpo techniques you some reach a point where the technique is loose, fast, free there is order and purpose but some see a freedom. Putting together sentences not just words H20 Radio Jet stream Bridges, good points like the Capoeira or B Boys and or ninja.

I’ve seen your earlier videos and You are much more fluid then you were back then. I agree with your approach to movement, we should focus on all aspects of movement. Originally, I come from a boxing background and surprisingly not to many boxers or people for that matter who think this way, I believe they would benefit greatly! I do it all, I do not limit myself to just a few exercises or movements.
And I’ve seen and felt a big difference!

Eero I understand, movement keeps you young, any movement because when you sit you die; thus why people work til their death. Your philosophy is not just about movement for the sake of movement but more. Walk slowly, walk moderately, walk with speed, walk with variations as fast, slow, moderate, skip, jump with and one leg slow - moderate- slow fast, walk backwards , sideways, odd angles, just mix it up as examples to free your movement. This could be the final key for maximum life expectancy not just your 120 year normal nonstop work or movement but another 50 or 60+ years to get going. Eero, this is revolutionary, and your a pioneer of this body, mind and a type of spiritual movement to take us to our peak like a Seraphim. Thanks Eero for freeing me I will start with crawling variations before I walk this helps the tendons and joints more than just tunnel vision movement. I have to get your movement program. ;)

I was going to remain silent on this video but as a practitioner of movement culture I just want to put out there for others:
This video is extremely misguided and almost all of his points do not make any sense when given any semblance of context of what movement culture is actually about.
He is making these points from a lack of understand and extremely limited knowledge. Please do your research before believing what this guy has to say about a culture and system of which it is apparent that he knows very little about :)
