If your girl really respects you, she won't be flirting with other men. Don't put up with that behavior; speaking from experience, those type of girls are prone to cheat on you. Great men deserve great women 🤝
The flaw in your thinking is that "RESPECT" only works when you're not a stranger to a girl but if she is a stranger to you, she won't "RESPECT" you that much until she becomes your girl. Get it?

Talking to other men while she is in a relationship shows that she is highly hypergamous.
A girl will do this to a man she's just dating because that's really where the majority of shit tests will come. By the time she's in a relationship the man has past most of her tests. At that point, a man has more leeway to put her in her place.

From my experience girls that I dated NEVER look at other men when we are out and about. The dude already addressed it which is good. Next, return the same energy while improving yourself.
The expectations between the two should be the same, if the other person is doing something you're not happy about, this should be addressed and if they don't want to co-operate, it just shows the respect they have for you so the question you got to ask yourself is if you would do the same thing if you were in their shoes

She would flirt and touch my friends, and blamed it on the fact that she was drunk, and hated it when I told her I was going to do the same thing. Was it right to break things off with her? Even though we were fighting a lot and there was a lot of thick air, I miss her so much.
She's a 304 if she's flirting with your friends. Base from my experiences and observations. Women e.g. girlfriends, dating partner who flirts with your friends are certified 304's. They can't help it. They just like to have the next shiny object. It's better that you find other options too and weigh things if you will categorized her as the marrying type. Coz you'll have lots of problems when you married a 304. They are cheaters. Bro I know it's hard to walk away, but in the end, when she cheats on you or replace you, you'll gonna be force to walk away and find another woman.

My ex girlfriend used to stare and smile and was flirtasious with men and this was a test for me and i got so annoyed by this that I would never say to her I'm annoyed, so i copied her and started smiling, saying hello and flirting with woman and trust me there was so much HELL to pay that she would not come for a walk with me anywhere and she became very bitchy and distant.
In the end the relationship crumbled and she was more than likely flirting with guys at work because she always used to mention her male colleagues at work to me to make me jealous,
But I believe that she was getting emotionally close to a guy at work and that's one reason she became bitchy and distant, and also on two separate occasions she slapped me and then the relationship started to fall apart in a devastating way
