I give the Aerodeck a new pollen filter as I try to locate the source of a bad smell. I also take a look at the broken window winder and its not good news.
At 2:15, I thought "RL hasn't used bungee+suckers (or carpet tape) to hold the window up while he takes the door card off" and then the penny dropped. I mentioned last time that cabin filters don't get changed by indies and DIY but I'm not surprised on this one - what a PITA to change compared to my Renault or even the Combo. If you suspect a milk spill, it's a good idea to rub baking soda (sodium bircarbonate) into the carpet an hour or so before vacuuming to neutralise it.
Yea I thought the Force was strong enough in me to hold it up with my mind, lesson learned, Not a Jedi. ☹️ If the weather ever improves I’ll be using my carpet cleaner and deep clean all the upholstery. The seats are worse than they look on camera.
@@RustLocker I had today down as an interior clean for the Focus but I might as well drop the windows down and let the rain do it :( Good tip on the MG cup holder from Chris but, if ebay turns up none, consider these (also available in singles) www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FOLDABLE-Beverage-Car-Drink-Cup-Bottle-Holder-Stand-Door-Armrest-Mount-Bracket/303629354133?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 I got a custom slide-out cup holder for the Combo that fits in the little cubby under the lights switch but it's awkward squad. I might screw in these door-things before my next long trip.
Had the same issue with my drivers regulator, having some engineering experience and some little tools i managed to fix it drilling and taping the star insert ........ then i noticed the end teeth on the arm was strupped But seeing as i hate waste i drilled and tapped where teeth were missing and then screwed in bolts which were ground down to make new teeth lol Definitely going to get a new cabin filter on order now after watching , great vid
Needed a strong stomach to watch this one, good job with the car and video RL

Bloody hell mate, you’ll be valuable after the apocalypse with those skills.
To get the fan working on 1 and 2 you need a new heated resistor
Mg zs or rover 45 have a cup hold that fit under the arm rest
That’s some great tips there mate. Thanks.
Did you ever fix the windows?
