    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup butter ( 225gms)
    3 cups granulated sugar ( 350 gms)
    1 cup thick yogurt or sour cream ( I used 3/4 yogurt + 1/4 cup whole milk)
    6 Eggs
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Pourable fondant
    3 cups confectionary sugar(360gms)
    1/2 cup water (125ml)
    1 Tbs light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp salt
    flavouring of your choice

    AROMA OF ZANZIBAR DADA YANGU UPO? Nina ombi special please. How to make mishikaki ya kuku. Wewe ndio ulinifundisha Ile ya nyama kwa kutumia ukwaju. Sasa shughuli ya kuku. Inakuwa mikavu( dry) not juicy. Sioni kama uliisha fanya ya kuku but I know umeisha tufundisha alot of things hapa ndani. Thanks for your time , it's no pressure but please think about it.
