Can relate a lot to feeling low energy the days right before my period and the first couple days of it. Right thing to is what you did and accept it and be kind to yourself :)

Be very careful of Ayahuasca. There are many who have been sent into PSTD and trauma because of these psychedelics. Personally I think they are quite dangerous. The mind is a very delicate and precious organism to protect not experiment with because it can send it into a space that will be very hard to come out of. It is a trendy yet risky practice. Learning how to emotionally regulate is the key to dealing with trauma. Life is not easy but these substances can spiral one into a very dark place.
I agree, ayahusca is very dangerous. But, did she mention she was taking it in the video ? (I really didn’t hear it if she did, I did see the name of the book tho, is it possible it’s just a meditation technic or something that has the same name ?)
@@JoyECB I assume the book was put there as a subtle hint of either doing the ceremony or contemplating doing it. It is common that those in distress or past trauma participate thinking it will liberate them from difficult past memories but it can send a person into severe PTSD. The brain is not something to play with. Life is difficult but we need to get through it without substances. The leaders of these ceremonies are not equipped to handle either the substance or the responsibility. Sam-e supplement can help, exercise or therapy but experimental drugs are not safe.
