i dont know if u know but athens isnt greece...its part of greece , the bigest one...but..about food is the last city to try and have opinion about greek food(most of visitors make the same mistake)..if u come again in greece... mark all the foods u liked and try em from diferent areas/town(not famous and not so crowed) ..im sure u will get shock, u will not believe that u ate the same food..personal i didnt like anything from athens the food taste is so low and poor compared to other cities(im talking for the famous greek foods even for gyros)...for example..seartch in u tube a recipe of something u liked..u will find huge of numbers and diferent cooking even with different ingrentients (+ - ) of the food u liked...peace love and take care ur self.

I'm Greek and I concur. There are some awesome places to eat in Athens, but you need to know where to look and it's definitely nott the fancy ones in the center. Those are tourist traps. I fell for such a trap myself in Rome, where I had the worst pizza of my life, despite being in the birthplace of pizza. It felt more like a cheap American style frozen pizza from a supermarket.

Really you went to Greece and you thought it was a good idea to eat in Venetis and Bread factory? You had so many chances to eat traditional food in a taverna or just a souvlaki😢😢😢
Well I recorded just ONE day 😅 the other day I ate a soulvaki and more traditional foods in different areas of the city
