    performed on volkswagen polo

    • @yourDIYneeds
      @yourDIYneeds  Před 4 lety

      Sir is it diesel or petrol
      If diesel , then a 1.2 or 1.5 or 1.6
      1.5 and 1.6 engines have a nice reputation but 1.2 doesn't , as its a 3 cyclinder engine , and by nature 3 cyclinder engines are a little more prone to vibrations and a different engine note.
      Things to check
      1 . Blowby
      2. Check the suspension for noise
      3 check all the electrical system like windows , power steering for working and drive it till upper rev range and keep an eye over the instrument cluster for any light poping.

      And they will tell you ( this car's castor is fixed and doesn't move ) but when bushes of lower control arm and lower ball joints gets wear down and loose they affects the castor in negative way , even one degree of negative castor can affects how your vehicle drives ,
