Yeah you cant go crazy with it. Once its lost, you will never find that little thing .
I adjusted the height in the tello app and got 70 feet before loosing signal without the wifi extender
@San Mrdr it only works if the day is clear with no wind and that is rare and when i got it there i had low signal 2 bars and i had to take off my phone case too
@San Mrdr the wifi repeater realy increase the quality, range and the connection is stronger. I recently bought xiaomi mi wifi repeater for 11$ and it is perfect :)

FYI it's only shakey cause he has it on fast mode, when you're in fast mode, most of the camera stabilization codes turn off in order for maximum speed without as much battery usage.

CLTech, I bought a Tello drone one week ago, and now the Tello original app permits to configure max height to 30 meters. Somebody test it?

I have made it to 30 meter 100ft without wifi extender the signal was low but it still worked well i used samsung s10e

I can find a step by step 0on how to setup my MI WIFI+. my first setup was done not suing mainland china and it wont connect and 2nd 1 I setup on another phone wont connect either as the connect box is not there on My MI Home program? using a Samsung S5 and a S7

I try to make it go up and my phone freezed and it hanged on 10 meters (32ft) and i had a heart attack because i was 20 meters to the lake and there was windy and it flyed perfectly in 10 m without any work

@@cltech9041 my phone just got frozen and it stuck on going up button and i couldn't open the screen of the phone for 1:30 minutes and it opened then i landed it safely but i got so stressed

I'd heard something about have different wifi channels ...so if you're in like a congested neighborhood with many wifi routers ...not a good idea to push the limits ...

Coast to Coast Drones' wifi interference is definately a concern, but you shouldn't be taking this quad too far out. I would just the the extender as a means to get a strong signal to reduce latency in the video since there is no sd card in the quad.

@@Astrelix Mira perfeita, agora o app permite configurar a altura máxima em 30 metros, mas não testei ainda, dá um medo rsss. Um dia o app deu uma congelada em apenas 7 m de altura.

Your tello is shakey. You may have a problem. My tello is very smooth.

Lol i got my tello to 65 feet in a clear day with a 2 mile wind and I didn't loose it and I also took some sweet photos I wasn't hooked up to a range extender tho

Yes. It's a small Tello, not a large DJI drone. 100 ft is plenty
