You are truly an eye opener..A true Indian rather..You pointed the real India..Hats off to you..Certainly deserve a standing ovation..
As a mumbaikar and a maharashtrian, for me this film was the most realistic depiction of everyday life in Mumbai.
Can't believe the person who was talking has actually made a film like this! He seems to belong to an upper class but the way he catches the milieu of the lower middle class (living in suburban Mumbai) is just spot on!
+Vikhyath Kamath kya ut patang film banate hay ye ladka, nind aa jata hai. Katrina ko leta toh 100 crore kamata
Seems to belong to Upper class???
@@romaasrani Apologies if that comment came off as classist. I was still a teenager when I made that comment, oblivious of the tone used and how it could be interpreted.
What I mean was - the way the director conducted himself is in stark contrast to the characters of his film. I had assumed he would have hailed from a similar background as the film was set in. Pretty naive assumption to make, now that I think of it.
Vikhyath Kamath I understand buddy 😊👍
@@romaasrani & @Vikhyath Kamath
Liked both of yours conversation & understanding. 👍

Living in Bengal, when we are feeling desperate about the bad and worst films that are coming from our 'great' directors of today, i'm feeling proud about this man, making such a good movie. I don't want to comment about his age, I don't believe young once are less experienced that the old folks. Anyway, I want to see this in Theater, expected to have this in Kolkata Film Festival, but it didn't. Anyway want this very much. And thank you.
It's so adorable to have such a lovely audience, who are so thoughtful even for the Film from other country, culture, language.
Especially the lady, who asked the last question about songs, text. Her first line was word of thanks for slow speed of the Film, which she enjoyed & so that she could see the nice things (grasp, feel the content well).
Thanks to all such wonderful & thoughtful audience, who motivates Artist, Filmmakers for their pathbreaking, unique creativities. 👍

✌️🇮🇳🚩
Chaitanya is the future of Indian cinema!
30:28 she is me i really liked the slowness
and how cleverly he avoids the question of untouchability and caste until asked by that dude who watched Ambedkar and Court and asked about caste!
Sharmishta he tried to not get his film viewed as Dalit centric.... this might be in keeping film apolitical ... appreciate also the fact that 27 yrs old guy from so called upper class takes this issue
Angry Indian i agree with you
Very Articulate.
Way to go Chaitanya.. Proud of you
