    2 questions:
    1) When sourcing and hiring talent for them, who keeps paying for said talent? Do the founders pay you for access or do they take over talents cost?
    2) is you whole team salary + commission? Or one of the other

      1. the offer is recruiting & placing talent - not renting the team like a DFY agency works.
      2. compensation is based on the role, there isn't one specific comp structure to follow for everything.

I am getting back to a software development job for 40K/year since I wasn't able to make any agency model work over a year: SMMA, IPGA, and AS. Still I hope to be able to make it happen down the road with the B&R,. It would be a dream come true.

@@jessenyarwaya9166 I need funds and can't trash out my career away when I've not succeeded in business just yet. But again, I still have hopes on the build and release model. But trust me, the online agency space is a freaking clown show with all this 15yos who has no culture and believe themselves better because of it. They lack professionalism, demenor etc. It's fucked up. But the B&R is what I am going for now.

how do you feel about doing a offer like this serving the content agency niche? i'm currently trying it now, but it seems like no one in the space has any pricing power
