    Shadiyon Wala Dum Gosht is a popular Pakistani dish known for its rich and aromatic flavors. It is commonly served at weddings and other festive occasions in India and Pakistan.
    The main ingredient of Shadiyon Wala Dum Gosht is meat . The meat is marinated in a flavorful mixture of spices and yogurt, which helps tenderize the meat and infuse it with delicious flavors. The marinade often includes ingredients like ginger, garlic, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, and other aromatic spices.
    Here's a simplified recipe for Shadiyon Wala Dum Gosht
    Ingredients:
    - 500 grams beef cut into pieces
    - 1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder
    - 1/2 tablespoon Kashmiri red chilli powder
    - 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
    - 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
    - 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
    - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
    - Adjust salt according to test
    - 2 tablespoon roasted Coconut powder
    - 2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
    - 10 tablespoon fried and crushed onion
    - 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
    - 3-4 Cloves
    - 3-4 green cardamom
    - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
    - 1/2 Cup yogurt
    - 8-10 tablespoon Cooking Oil
    - 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
    - 3-4 green chilies
    - 250 ml of Water
    Instructions:
    1. In a large bowl, add beef along with all spices except water, Mix well and let it marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator for better flavor absorption.
    2. In a deep, heavy-bottomed pan add the marinated beef to the pan and cook on medium heat for (5-minutes) or until the meat is browned on all sides.
    3. Reduce the heat to low and add the water to the pan. Stir well to combine,cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid or seal it with aluminum foil to create a tight seal.
    4. Let the meat cook on low heat for about 45-50 minutes, or until it becomes tender.
    5. Once the meat is tender, remove lid and Stir well sprinkle some coriander leaves, mix well and serve.
