    About Video: Mutton Charsi karahi is a popular dish from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in Pakistan.
    The main ingredient of Mutton Charsi karahi is mutton (goat meat), which is typically cut into small pieces and cooked in a karahi (a traditional cooking pot) along with tomatoes,salt and green chilies. Sometime we use roasted and crushed Black pepper which totally optional .
    Mutton Charsi karahi is considered a flavorful dish
    Enjoyed by meat lovers who appreciate bold flavors. It is commonly found in local restaurants and roadside of Peshawar a City of Pakistan.
    Ingredients for recipe:
    - 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil
    - 1- kg Mutton (mix boti)
    - 1 teaspoon of salt or to test
    - 1 Cup Garlic water
    - 3-4 Tomatoes cut into halves
    - 4-5 Chopped green chilies
    - 1 teaspoon Roasted & Crushed Black pepper
    Method:
    1. Heat the cooking oil in a karahi or a deep skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add the mutton pieces to the karahi and cook them on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until it changes colour .
    3. Add salt and garlic water, Mix well and cover the pressure cooker karahi and let the mutton cook on low heat for about 12-15 minutes after whistle or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
    4. Remove pressure cooker cover and take out tomatoes skin then mash the tomatoes and increase the heat to medium-high and cook uncovered for a few minutes to reduce any excess liquid and thicken the gravy.
    5. Now add Chopped green chilies, roasted and crushed Black pepper, mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
    6. Your mutton Charsi karahi is ready to Serve
    7. Serve hot with naan, chapati or rice.
