@@fionam4934 It's been great got a lot done. Time swoossshhhss so fast before you know it, its dark outside and it's time to go home but you want to stay in and just work your ass off till you finish everything on the to do list than you have to realize you have 2 kids at home waiting to hear from you so yeah. It changes the atmosphere really quickly mostly when it's just you in the office or with your team.

Hey Bob thanks for the great video. I have multiple businesses including e-commerce, graphic design, marketing, real estate referrals and a bunch of other odd job incomes along with my music which you can hear on my channel. Been thinking of having a office where I can keep my inventory, clear out files/paperwork etc out of the apartment, and most importantly, have a business address I can operate out of. I found a great 3 year lease on a 145 sq ft office with a nice window in a great location at about $290/mo. Really thinking about making it happen. Only thing that sucks is the office is about 30-45 min from home.
Any suggestions? Thank you!!!

Hey - sorry it took me a while to see this.
So you have to see if the time investment is something you will make up in terms of productivity. Basically it will take you 1 - 1.5 hours/day which is quite a bit.
Then again, it will probably improve the quality of both your work and your sleep, which in my opinion is still worth it!
Although something closer may be better of course (my office is a 5 minute walk from my house).
