I can totally relate, working from home during 1 week is making me weirdly crazy, I'm going to try coworking even spending a bit more, it looks very compensatory. I'm also he kind of person that could not stay productive in the same spot everuday. Man, hope brazilian spaces start to look wonderful like what you have shown.
Very refreshing to know someone relates. I only temporarily WFH and it drove me bananas but because colleagues weren't happy to be back in the office, I felt like something was wrong with me.
moving around is cool but I need a bigass monitor for productivity so had to stick to my assigned spot. would be nice if some coworking spots offered monitor hubs you can plug into tho
Those editing skills are on point 👌🏽 fantastic video! Totally agree, I used to use WeWork when I working remotely abroad. It was really nice to have my own space… but the pricing was horrendous.
Must be Elliot & friend's influence. At least you don't have to fight for an outlet at coffee shops or endure slow Wifi connections or early closing hours.
Hey Kathleen! So I actually did cancel my wework membership and use my company's office for a few months, but I decided to come back just because the office was usually completely empty and dark, it just didn't really feel like it helped my productivity a lot. Also I ended up moving farther away from my office so it was quite a drive to get there, so I opted back for the wework. Hope you can figure it out!
@@CreatedByKC thank you kevin! that makes sense. I thought the Intuit office looked really pretty so I was surprised! i am also a software engineer and always curious about intuit hehe
for sure! This is my keyboard mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=3631 the "pok3r" keyboard, and my armrest was actually free from a previous company, but this product looks pretty similar. www.amazon.com/GEMEK-Keyboard-Support-Computer-Syndrome/dp/B073SYM23L/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=3PPWLQO6BA0S3&keywords=keyboard+armrest&qid=1644951900&sprefix=keyboard+arm%2Caps%2C299&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyQkpNN0pYTFRBTEdIJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTkwMjA1MUoyRldKTjZLS1UzSyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMTAzNTMzM01ERURKMjdBTVpRWCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

Work from home has honestly not been great for my mental health. I relate to this video.

yep, people must be crazy about liking to work at home.

There's better alternatives than WeWork for a lower price.
There's also your public library (or University Library)

Bruh... after a year of remote work, I didn't even realize this was an option. Just booked a desk for tomorrow in NYC with the QUICKNESS 🤣🙏
Seriously thinking of trying out a co-working space.
Work dutifully
Great video! Question: Is bringing an iMac to the hot desks realistic?
The guy with the mac 😂😂😂
I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who does this:) I feel like most of the people there are part of the company that has offices there

Hey Kevin! Great video. Was wondering that if you can do a video for what advices you can give for a new grad SWE?
Hi Kevin, I'm struggling with this same issue but just curious why not just work out of your company's office? or would you prefer WeWork?

I've been here for about 3 months total! But I took about a 3 month break in between before resubscribing after a move
