I commented on another video. Sir Jim's purchase was what? December/January? He's completed his football side's governing structure with proven names, all before the first transfer window of his first full season in charge. This is cut throat bad ass.
Plus, no major transfer decisions were made beforehand, which was amazing, because we can have fully shared accountability now across everyone from Omar Berrada, Ashworth, all the way down to Ten Hag on everyone coming and going. I'm extremely excited and optimistic.

It doesnt mean its always going to work out even with the experienced players but someone like De Ligt has done it to a good level for Ajax, Juventus and Bayern
