とてもおいしそうな叉焼をもったいないと思ってしまうぐらい贅沢にみじん切りにした叉焼饅。個人的にはもっと大きくカットされている方が嬉しいけれど、餡との相性はあの大きさなんでしょうね。皮の部分にしみこんだ肉汁などのうま味がさらに食欲を刺激します。できれば味の想像をもっと深くしたいので、可能であれば調味料を説明に加えていただけると嬉しいです。（お店の秘密もありますから難しいけど）

its nice to see, nice to touch. but taste not as good.. the skin is the chewy type, not the HK style thats the fluffy one. And exactly what you expect from petaling street food. price perfect for tourist.
