What it’s like living in a CARGO TRAILER (not what we pictured)

  • What do we do all day while living full-time in a converted Cargo Trailer in the middle of nowhere?
    Since we don’t work full-time or living near any cities, how do we pass our time in a way that is productive, fulfilling, and satisfying? That’s what we go through in today’s episode while boondocking in the Valley of the Gods, Utah.
    Luckily, we had great weather this week which allowed us to full live the way we like to, which is out of the trailer not in the trailer. As I write this, the day before posting the video, we are getting crazy 60 mph wind gusts out here in the desert. So good thing I filmed this the day prior!
    Thanks for tagging along!
    Cheers!

    Why did you choose an Enclosed trailer over an RV?

    • @TinyHouseVentures
      @TinyHouseVentures  Před rokem +4

      That's an excellent question, and I will do a full video on all the reasons...because it wasn't an easy decision...but in general the off-road capability, off-grid capability, and floorplan flexibility when doing your own build.

      RVS are extremely poorly/cheaply made and notorious for leaking. If you don’t cut into a cargo trailer it won’t leak, will be in great condition for decades, and they resale pretty much at what you paid for it if not more.

    Are you for hire to duplicate your trailer build?

    • @TinyHouseVentures
      @TinyHouseVentures  Před rokem +1

      Right now I don’t do builds for others, but I do consult on builds for others for a fee. I can help with the process of deciding on a trailer, the build layout, and specific products that should be used. If you’d like more information send me an email: dfsheehy.productions@gmail.com

    If you really want to help others, then you need to get 3 or more versions of the Scriptures (the Holy Bible) and really apply yourself to reading the Word everyday. Then when you have done that you will have a foundation of true love with which you can help others know love. And when you realize that you are loved more than you can comprehend , share that love with those who cross your path.

      Hi Kacy, I grew up Catholic and dedicated a large portion of my youth to studying theology. I'm also a PhD scientist and helped advance future autoimmune therapies. My experience shows me that there is more than one way to do good and help others. But we all need to spend less time finding what we perceive to be faults in others and more time looking inward at ourselves. Then we can be the version of ourselves that the world needs. Cheers.✌🏻

      Glad you're preaching love Kacy. But if you want to find true love, really think about the notion of Hell and the idea that only a select group of people are good enough for Heaven. This view of Heaven and Hell is the most egregious form of conditional love, that is bad even by human standards (do as I ask or I'm going to burn you forever). After being a typical western non-denominational Christian for the past 40 years, I am now enjoying a great experience with a truly unconditionally loving God. Wishing the same for you. I encourage you to pray and ask Jesus if Hell is real. If you are open to whatever answer you get, you'll be on your way to understanding true unconditional love. Sorry for the tangent, but it seemed like Kacy and Mr. Tiny House Ventures (gotta find your name) were up for it! Cheers all! (Love the camper, BTW 😃)

      I’ve done the hustle culture of working 80-100 hr/week. Did it for over 10 years. Got my PhD, hold patents on drugs, been there done that…ya’ll can have it. Not a life worth idolizing.
