I enjoyed this episode a lot more than the first one. Rick and Jerry together is such a perfect combination for comedy.
I loved the first one. It was a nice opening seeing bros trying to help bros.
I wish they had put this one first, since it would have been a nice in-universe explanation for the voice change, if Rick kept some of Jerry’s vocal inflection.

I loooved this one, i was laughing out loud most of the episode, and the plot was just so creative. It really broke my brain at the beggining trying to figure out who was who now until Morty just said neither is neither and i stopped worrying haha. I know in the end they were arguing but seeing both of them really get along was just so plaisant. I hope this video gets the views and yall dont stop watching it 🙏😁

I think the brain would be like a computer and the mind is like digital files. Rick and Jerry swapping minds would probably be like sending data from a Ultra Gamer Pc to the first Macintosh and vice versa, which would explain why Jerry's brain was overloaded and welll... you know
That’s essentially what happened. I took him killing himself as exactly what Rick would’ve done if he had been Jerry.
yea honestly when he started mumbling i realized rick thinks everyone is mentally handicapped compared to him, so being in someone elses body, he realized he isnt special, just smart

The mind is who you are at the software level; all the memories and emotions.
The brain is the hardware, like a custom built computer which runs it..
Both form side by side from birth. But swap the software (what Rick and Jerry did earlier) and the software can't work around the hardware because the parameters the software was built to operate in don't sync up.
When put in Jerry's brain; Rick's emotional output was not regulated so he was overwhelmed and shot himself on purpose cause that's just what Jerry is; emotional and self loathing. In the reverse, Jerry's emotions were stunted in Rick to where he didn't become a blubbering mess because Rick regulates most of his emotions to where seeing people die doesn't effect him, but because Rick's augmented body is something he has no experience using, he accidentally killed himself.
This is one of those "1000IQ" episodes and i love it
Tiny detail but when the spaceship crashes in, Morty ducks casually seconds before it makes an impact, its cool how Morty's unfazed by all of this by now

Out of this entire episode I can say with 100% certainty that the "Fuck off, Memory Gene" is my favorite. So much emotion in that one word.

I really hope y’all keep doing Rick and Morty. I can’t handle losing your reaction to Futurama and R&M but luckily it looks like this got similar views to most of y’all vids. I’m really liking this season so far but there has never been a bad R&M episode before imo so it’s not surprised.

idgaf people can complain all they want bout roiland but the return of gearsticals and jerry and rick swapping minds and rick instantly blowing jerrys brains out were two Vat of Acid levels of side busting. Figures this season would be good theyve been needing to return to less weird and less meta for a while just stick to what works for a season or two. Roiland being gone may just save R&M after all.
The one bad thing about reactions is it makes it hard to remember stuff I guess??? I have yet to see a single reactor remember Memory Rick. Aka. The 30-something version of Rick from Bird Persons memory, that escaped into Ricks mind as a seperate consciousness last season.

It's like a fusion like in dragon balls, except this time it's forced, imagine that Rick and Jerry are Goku and Vegeta but after Rick shot himself they are now Vegetto and Gogeta (They are the same person but they have different names because of the shape in how they fuse), which in other words would be Jerricky but one in Rick's body and the other inside Jerry's body.

No, it was Rick's mind in Jerry's body that couldn't handle it. And then Jerry in Rick's body (he even calls himself "Jerry") couldn't operate Rick's implants and accidentally off'd himself.

I think Rick killed himself because he’s already borderline suicidal from his self-loathing (see the end of the unity episode, and the beginning of rest and ricklaxation) and when he went into Jerry’s body he got the memories of all the times he’s mistreated Jerry from the victims perspective, including Jerry’s memories of loving beth and the despair he felt after rick separated them. I mean, Rick basically ruined Jerry’s life, and while he’s typically insulated by his narcissistic lack of empathy, it’s impossible to lack empathy when you literally are the same person. Where as Jerry receiving Rick’s memories would cause him to turn his anger towards Rick, a person he already disliked and blamed for many of his marriage problems to begin with, thus he did not experience as drastic of a change (pre-shuffle).
Edit: And its definitely not because his original family was dead. First of all this Jerry’s family is actually still alive, he just thinks they suck, remember when he got dragged to his original dimension? (“Oh, the Jerry Jamboree, deep cut”). Plus the whole family from this dimension is dead, including the original Jerry. Remember when they had to hop timelines after Mr. Frundles ate the earth, and they all buried their own doppelgängers in the back yard? Jerry watched his son bury his son and he was fine.
So is 10K views enough? Because it seems like a lot, and the show rules, so I hope y’all keep doing it

Could you guys consider creating a reaction tribute to the late and amazing Kevin Conroy and his voice? He passed away last November, and was the sole reason I got into acting. I have a voice acting background and there are some preconceived notions that it's not as demanding as regular acting; but the vocal training itself and perfecting the craft may take more time than any acting school. l feel like he's a bit underrated as Batman (ditto Mark Hamill as Joker) and even non existent in the conversation. PS. You almost saw me as Leon in those new Resident Evil games :)

Meh I dunno what it is but this season just doesn't feel the same. Not sure if it's just me that's the issue though.
Idk the episode was a bit strange, not a great episode, comedy was too cliche, but meh it was alright i guess hopefully next episode is better.
