Can we repeat the process to get a clearer juice, maybe something close to almost clear water? Or wll it change the taste too much due to heating it again?
@@vancafus4916 0.2% x 500 ml = 1 g 0.2% x 400 ml = 0.8 g 0.2% x 1000 ml = 2 g Note that 0.2% is equal to 0.002 when written out. In general, you want to use 2 grams per liter of agar agar for this style of clarification.

How do you feel about gelatin clarification?
a bit confused about the amount of agar, wouldnt 2% of 400g be 8g? otherwise, nice and easy explanation!
.2% not 2%
If 2%, then you get a well agar-agar , from my experienced 😢
.2 % of 400 would still be 8g, and not a gram, like he said in the video
