I am Athulya Jaikumar.Basically a post graduate in Electrical Engineering with more than 25 years of learning experience in Classical music.Currently working as an Assistant Professor, Continuing my passion in music through Live performances and TV anchoring programs related to music.
This Channel is my own way of presenting Music to common man's language.Through my channel GaayakapriyA, focus on Five Series which help music students and music lovers to feel the essence of Music.

The series intends to impart knowledge about raagas through familiar Carnatic compositions and popular film songs. The Western accompaniments of the song and the Hindustani equivalent will also be discussed.
