    why is the sleeve inside the carrier seem so loose in there and should the greese help that sleeve being so sloppy and loose inside there ??

    When u put the last two o rings do sit over the collar or between the brake rotor and collar

      They do not I have them a call and just like Yamaha all the parts are separate and it looks like you have to press them bearing on the carrier unless you get it from somewhere else

    What type and size of those little bolts on the axel nut?? The ones you undo before removing axel nut

    Thanks, I gave a quick watch instead of that honey-do crap im suppose to be doing...i gotta do this in the next few days, i'm ordering that Tusk Axle Bearing Carrier, do you happen to have the o-ring part numbers laying around somewhere? Thanks either way...

      The part numbers we used in this video were (2) 1S3-23147-01-00, (1) 93210-66001-00, and (1) 93210-71001-00. However, you will want to check the OEM parts finder for your specific ATV. You can find the OEM parts finder here and these O-rings are under the Rear Arm schemcatic: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-parts/Yamaha

    THE C-CLIP/SNAP RING DOES NOT FIT WITH THE TUSK CARRIOR…WHY? IT DOES NOT PUSH THROUGH THE SWING ARM ENOUGH

      The castle nut on this quad was a 24mm.

      Yamaha doesn't list the O-ring sizes but here are the quantities and part numbers for the O-rings we used on this machine: (2) 1S3-23147-01-00, (1) 93210-71001-00 and (1) 93210-66001-00. These can all be located in the OEM parts finder here: www.rockymountainatvmc.com/oem-parts/Yamaha

    U show the rotor coming off like nothing. The only damn part I’m stuck on mine will not come off

      @@Tiago.Ferreira.191hey, I got a punch and hit it on the rotor housing. Rotate to each side every 3-5 hits

      I believe we used either Maxima Hi-Temp Waterproof Grease or Bel-Ray Water Proof Grease.
