    -Deltoids/shoulders
    -Traps
    Here are the muscle group to be targeted during PULL day
    -Back
    -Biceps
    -ForeArm
    You can Still do full body workouts even on advanced level, there's a lot of pro calisthenics athlete who does full body workouts as their routine.
