So impressive, how long did it take you to get to this point?
Ive been doing calisthenics since 2015. I think i did my first slow muscle up after 1 year. But i think you can get to do this less than that if you consistently train with your muscle ups. 🤝
Push pull legs din para sakin ang effective, why? Kasi mas naffocus mo ang certain muscle group na matatarget mo twice a week. Before nag try ako ng upper lower splits pero ang bilis kong naburn out to the point na hindi ko na nagagawa ng maayos yung iba, halimbawa: nagchest ako pag dating sa shoulders at lalo na sa back exercises drained na ako. Nice video Sir very helpful for the beginers.

The not sleeping well makes sense sometimes I delay my workouts by a day if my body isn't up to co. (My job has multiple different shifts). So I can attack that day with a healthy body to get the most benefits. Not because I'm being lazy just being resourceful
