Great workout! I now do Tiff & Dan workouts about three time per week. On alternate days, I do lifting at the gym. I figure that eventually, something will get me. However, I don’t plan to make it easy.👍😀

@@constantinlepronier23Don’t do this ab workout everyday. I recommend searching for different 10 minute ab workouts everyday to switch things up. If you do the same ab workout everyday, your body will become used to it and won’t be challenging, which means you will lose your progress.
