Apart from mountain climbers (just my opinion of course), I find every one of the ab videos you post insanely effective for such short workouts. Perfect way to get it into any daily routine 👍 thank you!

I loved watching the snow in the window behind…it was so soothing and nice to focus on instead of the burn going on inside my abs! I kinda failed at the starfish crunches, something for me to work on for sure. This was a great solid ab workout, one I will return to again, thanks!

Did you know that Jesus loves you and he died for you so that you might be saved and be in heaven. God sent Jesus to die for us because he did not want us to die.
