    👏👏 Congrats on the cookbook! I can’t wait to read it! I’m fascinated to watch your “hormone journey” - I myself am on the other end of menstrual life and trying to navigate what can be changed and what’s the “new me”. I’d like to manage things naturally but also am trying to be kind to myself if that path doesn’t pan out. Your videos are always encouraging!

    Hormones - liver cleanse, juicing and parasite cleanse. Mineral deficiencies, low iron levels and oestrogen mimicking chemicals, also thyroid levels.

    I would really recomend going in the sauna for 20 minutes after your workout! It's such a good way to sweat out toxins, destress and promote muscle recovery. :)

    Another excellent week in the life of beautiful Remy vlog. It's great that you're taking care of yourself especially since Remy mentioned that she wants to be a mum in the future( Remy is going to be an amazing mum).       I do like it! It helped me tremendously when I first wanted to tackle sleep issues years ago. I mainly usee it for sleep

    I have hyperthyroidism and i feel ya with getting tired. I could be sitting and the next thing you know im dying, tired, and sweating. I also get very easily irritated. ❤️

      Hi Patryze! I am not afraid to say woman/women, I'm intentionally using inclusive language because there are people out there who do not identify as women but do have a uterus (and thus experience some of the finnicky things to do with hormones too) :P My advice/experience is for everyone

    Hi Remy! I normally love your content. This time I’m confused about the amount of misinformation. It’s giving GOOP in a way. Wish you find a healthy version of yourself again with science based attempts. You don’t need a ton of supplements and all of these rules ♥️ it feels very restricted and like all those rules add to the stress. If you want, check out the podcast wellness: facts vs fiction.

      Hey Lou, sorry to hear! I’ve worked with a doctor in the past as mentioned and am bringing back the same, pretty basic lifestyle changes.
      I’m not sure if you watched the whole video but I specifically touched on the way these changes are being made with ease, e.g. limiting caffeine but having it if I want when I’m out etc.
      To sum up, I’m simply sleeping more, doing less intense workouts, decreasing caffeine consumption and eating regular meals versus sporadic-all of which have helped me in the past and are not that alternative.
      You may also not be familiar with my older content but these factors and herbal teas are what helped me re-gain my period in the past and as a whole and my approach has always been a blend of holistic and western medicine. Many healing modalities are from my childhood (e.g. traditional Chinese medicinal herbs) but it’s not for everyone and I appreciate the concern 🙂 happy to report that I got my period yesterday with zero cramps so all is well.

      Lol, you’re really trying to shame someone for opting to heal themself naturally, as opposed to using pharmaceutical bandaids chock full of toxic ingredients, that will likely lead to side effects and other issues?
