  • In this video, I was riding my motorcycle when a car in the left lane suddenly turned right and cut me off in a roundabout. I had to brake hard to avoid a collision, and I came very close to crashing.
This is a common hazard for motorcyclists, and it's important to be aware of it. When riding in a roundabout, always be prepared for drivers to do unexpected things. Be especially careful of cars in the left lane, as they may be signaling to turn left, but then decide to turn right at the last minute.
Here are some tips for staying safe when riding your motorcycle in a roundabout:
Always check your mirrors and blind spots before entering a roundabout.
Be aware of the speed limit and adjust your speed accordingly.
    Signal your intentions clearly.
Don't assume that drivers will see you.
    Be prepared to brake suddenly.
If you do find yourself in a situation where a car is cutting you off, the most important thing is to stay calm and avoid panicking. Brake hard, but don't lock your wheels. If you have to, swerve to avoid the collision.
In my case, I was able to avoid a collision by braking hard and swerving slightly. I was very lucky, and I'm grateful that I didn't crash.
This video is a reminder to all motorcyclists to be aware of the dangers of riding in roundabouts. By following the tips above, you can help to stay safe and avoid accidents.
Additional tips for motorcycle safety in roundabouts:
Wear a helmet and other protective gear.
Keep your motorcycle in good condition.
    Be predictable and ride defensively.
Be aware of your surroundings and be prepared for anything.
I hope this video has been informative and helpful. Please share it with your friends and family, and help to spread awareness about motorcycle safety. Thank you for watching!
