    Chris Morris is a genius of course put Patrick Marber's Peter O' Hanrahahanrahan is one of tre funniest comedic creations i've ever seen.
    His idiotic delivery is flawless.
    The way his confident demeanour changes to one of a scolded schoolboy after being rumbled is flawless
    The quality of this is incredible.
    It never gets old.

      Irish people can, it is an actual surname.
      It's spelt O'Hanrahan
      It's exaggerated here seemingly for comic affect,
      The character is dim and feckless for some reason.
