    Small business can't compete today unless you ("agency") can actively control/manipulate ad campaign to landing page to conversion. Complexity has driven the cost of using google ads beyond the small biz budgets because everything has to work perfect end to end. Small biz can't afford deploying a data warehouse with sophisticated AI analytical models determining trends and tendencies, yet that's what everyone of them wants. Google is going to say the answer can be found in GA4, Big Query, and Looker, but that's going to cost you way more. )
