Fun fact: I had the completed project file for this thing sitting on my desktop for several months because I exported the video with the wrong settings twice and I was too much of a lazy bitch to do it again (probably didn't get them right this time either tbh).

I also think it has something to do with how your brain processes words. I believe it is similar to the idea that people with bad handwriting have brains that are thinking so quickly they combine words or the words on paper look messy. Dyslexic people often have awful handwriting, not always but most do.
Some people mention that alcohol can help, sure it can because your brain is thinking slower.
