I was taken aback, and all I could say was “Huh?” but he kept cutting me off and going “huh? huh? huh?” and closing his hand shut in front of my face. I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.
The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.
When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word. After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

Shatners appearances on Columbo were memorable, especially that episode. the thing about Columbo villains is that they are such utter twats, but Shatner may be the first person who didn't have to act for that part. being a twat is his 24/7 reality.

They always said that Mike would pay dearly for his mocking of the elderly. That day came earlier than expected.

you guys should start a podcast called 'the mike, jay podcast featuring william shatner' and every episode begins with an explanation that william shatner wasn't able to be there for that one

in case any of you were curious, Shatner has not stopped with his trend of arguing with random people on Twitter

Because it's not Shatner. He handed off his Twitter account to possibly the worst PR manager in history.

I can’t imagine having an actor who played a character that is so near and dear to my heart as a child, actively hate and flame me public all over a misunderstanding.
Legitimately sad. I feel for Mike. I know he can laugh it off, but I’m sure he’s bummed about it.

Lol I would find it hilarious. Like I love Pearl Jam to death and they're my favorite band on the planet but if Eddie Vedder started relentlessly hating on me and everything I'm associated with on Twitter I would consider it to be the funniest fucking thing ever.

@@steve6513I think it depends on context if your idol hates ya and is acting embarrassing about it
Example if my hero was Clint Eastwood and he started acting petty and Pathetic like Shatner I’d be really bummed but LUCKILY for me my idol is Superstar Rich Evans

Actors are nothing though the characters are all that matter
