How To Install/Instructions
Instructions:
1) Make sure you have Delta Patcher and open it.
2) Load your ROM in the "Original file" field.
3) Put the patch in the "XDelta patch" field.
4) Click "Apply patch".
5) Done! Make the opponents blame themselves or God!

I would love what they did in WOTL where we got to temporarily play as him and go through a full story like that but i’m sure that would take some time… but that would be fun for certain battles and he would have preset teams and things of that nature!
I know that was part of the original plan but it did get scrapped ultimately. According to what Yasumi Matsuno said.
EDIT: There is now an update for this mod where the post-Chapter 1 sprites will actually show up on pre-battle and formation screens. Not only that, but you can now carry over skills learned from one Delita class to the later one. For example, Ark Knight Delita won't need to learn Lightning Stab again. Hooray!
Hello. I am the man behind the mod. Thanks for the spotlight on my mod, and for retaining my wit on the instructions! The formation screen results were not what I was expecting. I will be sure to fix these post-haste. I might also have a fix for the cross-chapter skills up my sleeve, but I can't be too sure right now. You guys reply to let me know if you want this for the War of the Lions version. I guarantee you playable Dark Knight Delita.

I would like to play a Mod where you follow Delita’s story, not simply substitute him with Ramza. Kinda like the battles where he is controllable in WOTL. But much more of them. And also the battles alongside Ramza but from his perspective. The characters on his “party” would initially be some cadets from chapter 1 where we can rationalize a few of them joined the Shrine Knights, then Shrine knights and for some sections Ovelia and Valmafula. The only problem is that by the end (chapter 4) his quest has much less weight than Ramza as by that point it’s purely a power play. Who would be his final boss, for example? Maybe he needs to quell resistance first. Or maybe there could be some unseen Lucavi.
You're not wrong and it's a very cool suggestion for sure.
The only problem is that it does take a lot of work and time and the modders are receiving like little to no money and practically working for free.

I always thought if they ever did a HD remaster- they should make a separate playable campaign or chapter that Delita is the main character.
That was part of the plan of the original game. But glad WOTL did add those two battles in to make things a bit more clear

I know it was scrapped early on in development well his playable story arc that would have expanded on some things.
If I recall Yasumi Matsuno said he wrote about 30% of it. I'm not sure it will ever happen though sadly. Whenever I tweeted him (not asking about a remaster or remake of FFT, just love and appreciation.) I have yet to receive a reply.
So he might just be uninterested in FFT or just has his moments and moods idk. :(
@J7Jase Such a Tragic Tale Unfortunately. Like even he's not interested in FFT, but at least he could it just give it to Different Creators. But only time could Tell
@@APB_Delarium26 Yeah who knows exactly. I know he talked about wanting to make a game on the Fifty Year War but this was like ten years ago. I know his vision and story was a bit different than what Square did and wanted
