This for actual beginners. It's really upsetting to look up stuff for people like me who aren't dancers and just want to work out and have a good time with some Kpop and only find people doing high-intensity, full choreography kind of things. This is so great. Love how simple and repetitive it is to help you get the hang of each of the steps. Thank you so much for this! Keep up the great work! I feel like I have a chance to get better now because I have a good base level. Hooray!

I agree! It took me forever to find KPop lessons for someone who can’t actually dance. It reminds me of step aerobics from yesteryear, but it’s so much more fun and you can do it in your living room.🎉

Thanks! this is perfect for me! I have to lose a decent amount of weight , because I'm quite overweight. I used to dance as a hobby, but I had to quit. To lose weight I have to excercise more often, but I don't really like sport. But dance is something I do like. However because of my weight I can't handle doing as intensive dancing anymore, I'm still trying to get used to that. But this is the perfect fit for me!

Best workout so far that makes sweat, is easy to follow and you can legit enjoy it. Like 10 mins passed in jiffy and I didn't even notice!

That was alot of fun moves for only ten minutes. It got my heart rate up and hardly knew I was exercising! Thanks for this video - I want to start exercising and stumbled across this video. Despite the initial worry, turns out your exercises are really great for beginner level. It's not too hard to follow and it's fun. The duration is also nice for starting a new routine. Hopefully I can maintain this as a routine :)

I really liked this workout video!! As someone that’s pretty overweight I was still able to follow along great! I took some breaks every now and then, but I think I did really good for my first day doing these types of videos!! It was a LOT of fun!! 💕
