This ended up being Culpepper's last win as Vikings starting QB.
I kind of miss those Fox banners. I think they looked cool
I second this
Was at this game. Sitting in the old fold out non permanent chairs in the corner of the endzone. Place was nuts after that.
One of my favorite Viking games ever, proud to say I was there. Stadium was so loud after that kick.
Edinger was clutch on a few kicks that year. I was disappointed when he didn't get signed for a second year.
He would've found a to break our hearts
@@TheTjoconnor hell, he absolutely DRILLED that 55 yarder to beat the Bears that year. I broke my ankle celebrating it 🤣😂🤣
Enter Ryan Longwell.
I appreciate clips of moments I've forgotten.
Pukers fan: Hurr durr they won their superbowl in 2005 too durrrr
It must suck to get absolutely dominated in every sport college and pro by Wisconsin for your entire life. Keep rooting for Minnesota you deserve it.
@@NomadicNorthwoods I don't root for Minnesota sports though lol. But yeah you must know about your favorite team getting dominated in the playoffs. I do find comfort in knowing that and I don't wear that dumbass cheese on my head 😂
I love good announcer moments
Was this Daunte’s final home game?
It was. The week after was the game in Charlotte.
One week later was Dauntes last game ever in a Viking uniform.
after this game, I took a white t-shirt and designed my own Paul Edinger jersey. thanks as always dunkleman
With the London game looming it would be really amazing if you could find the footage and do Vikings vs. Cardinals 1983 at Wembley Stadium. I would love to see that!
Fun Fact: Vikings are 3-0 in London. Better not let the Aints spoil that!
How the hell do I not have any recollection of Paul Edinger?
Probably because we replaced him the following year with Ryan Longwell.
This is one of the few games I didn’t get to see
Imagine making that many people that happy by producing when it counts due to all of your work and mental preparation.
Culpepper’s last win as a Viking.
Hey funky could u do 2008 Vikings/packers at home thx
I was at a small dive bar with about 80 people packed in it watching this game. Dead silent when they lined up for the kick and pandemonium when he made it.
I was in college at UW-Eau Claire and my roommate slammed the door on me after this game. I'll never forget this one.
First nfl game I ever attended
A yo did you see Brett Farves face lol
Packers blew a 17-0 Lead!
Doesn’t appear that they blew that lead at all!
That ball went at least into the third row. 60-62 yards....more?
KJ Jefferson Arkansas
FG would have been good from beyond 60. That was a boot
Minnesota gets dominated by Wisconsin in every sport college and pro and has for many decades.
You posted your comment for the wrong video???
Smh
College yes, not pro
Dominated? Did you think you walked into a Chicago Bears channel or something?
