The problem I have is when my shoulder aren't back like you said they must be my 2 scapula wing out and but when I roll my shoulder back and push my chest out it looks like I have tities even though I far from fat and it's very uncomfortable and hard to maintain. Do you have tips because I really am tired of my winged scapulas
