      @@ahmedomar3206 just start walking straighter and bear the pain, most importantly go to the gym. It’s took me about a month and I’ve went from terrible to perfect posture

    I’m 57 and have really bad scoliosis I couldn’t do this at all in pt had to do something different. I’m hoping to get a thoracic back brace. My core is very weak due to surgery with complications.

      rib flare can be fixed through breathing and posture exercises. just search for it (rib flare fix) on youtube

      @@aaquibtayyabi Where can you slide your hand in? If you can't get your full back against the wall and your lower back is the one that's off the wall, then you might have anterior pelvic tilt.

    It’s hard to put everything against the wall especially my back all at the same time, plus I have a butt
