    Many, many thanks for the detailed guidance!!! I'm inspired to create an area where I can easily get down to do exercises like these. I'm 63 and I will need a welcoming floor surface. Please, can you tell me what type of floor you have installed and where I can buy it!?

      I have a rolled rubber floor. However, you do not need that. You could do these on carpet or even two yoga mats doubled up. Best of luck.

      @@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis I feel a bit too fragile for the carpet right now having recently injured my medial collateral ligament. I think I'll look around for the rolled rubber. And I'll pad that even if it's not forgiving enough for my knee. Thanks so much!
