Covert narcissists are the lamest bullies, so anticlimactic 🙄 once you realize what/who they are, just ignore them and the ones you love and love you will follow.

Yes, exactly how It was, thanks🙏🥰part of me wonders if there is still hope for them, the other part feels like I can’t ever be around a person like him, it’s only been 2 months since I told him I’m done. Yes definitely tried to make me look like the crazy one. He’s been slandering me with people that don’t know me, I’ve caught him.
It’s crazy how many narcs there is, now that I’m learning about them.Healing emotionally, bad memories, how he would keep trying to trigger me.

@breakingthenarccode thank you so much! Keeping in mind of what he truly is, is helping me move forward although the divorce isn't anywhere near done! I find it gross when people cheat,that level of betrayal is disgusting
