I’m a month of no contact, after he started ignoring me and acting very cold. I tried to understand and thght he was just going thru something, but after several times of him ghosting, I went full no contact, and he’s telling everyone tht i broke up with him over Fb, and does not tell the whole story. I’m feeling healthier and happier! My hair is growing bck! No turning bck!! 🙏
My hair was falling out when I was with the narcissist, 5 months no contact and it is only now getting back to the condition it was before I met him.

My hair started falling out as well. Along with some nerve problems. You do not realize the narcissist abuse is affecting your health until you do some research. I knew mental abuse physically effected your brain, but never thought it was happening to me at first. Had hormone problems too.

By the time you figure out what is going on, you question why you couldn't figure it out. They don't ever change even when they promise to.
Walk out before you need therapy to find yourself again, like I had to.

Frankly I’m devastated over seeing this in someone I believed to be a very close friend. After over 5 years I started seeing some things. But just let me say what I endured along the way I needed to make sure it wasn’t just me. Once I did I went cold turkey in no contact and went silent. Heart broken and very sad to see this behavior. But looking back in retrospect, I can see how many of these areas were on display all along.
Yeah sometimes it takes a long time to really understand what's going on. They are very skilled at grooming people.
Ever since i left my daughter father im feeling sooooo happy im even loving myself more dressing myself getting more closer and loving my kids even more to where when i leave to work i miss them. My hair is growing not falling out any more god knows pple even say i look happy.
My twin brother’s wife is covert narc. He figured it out 18 years later. We made plan for him to go no contact. New city, new life, new job. We had it all ready. Enough money too. Two years later he is still with her and went no contact with me 😢
Wow! That's a tough one. I guess it just wasn't time for your brother to make that leap. I get how Disappointing that must be for you.

Why is that u is so on point with my wife! Cold hearted hateful person with no empathy. She lie and a cold blood cheater! I unmask her and she ghost me and went to my sister house and told lies on me and disrespect me to the up most. 13 years and now it's over and I'm trying to come out a hole. I am straight forward now with every woman I deal with after. AZ))

Don’t waste your time, focus on myself and understand they will never change. They are their own worst enemy👈🏻
Thanks for this upload. I got too close and saw the other side. A covert narcissist. She got me so stressed that I ended up having a seizure. I'm out of the hospital, and two weeks away from her, but it's a dangerous path to walk. Funny thing is that she was overweight, and I don't usually go for larger ladies. Should have gone with my gut. A part of me inside died from the abuse and my head is still spinning with a 1000 unanswered questions. If you're new to this, please do your due diligence and be strong.

Going 5 months now? I forget but yeah you have to literally treat em like they treated you when they ghosted you the whole relationship. Expect no closure with these demons. You have to lose your empathy for them and mirror their narcissistic behavior. But once you do that you find you again. You heal, you stay focused and you know what? You will grow sooooo much!!! I love your channel but honestly? This is my last post on this subject. I’m finding my strength again!
