I usually do if it's of significance. When I filmed this model I typically didn't, but progressively incorporated it into the videos later on.

Rebate? Eventually you run of other peoples money. Why should't the seller just keep more of their money in the first place?
Hal your remark indicates you don't have a grasp of how a Realtor rebate works. Your comment, "Eventually you run out of other peoples money is a shorter quote from Margaret Thatcher in describing socialism, where a Government takes more and more from the producers and redistributes it to those that aren't producing.. The rebate doesn't come from the seller it comes from me. Easiest way to understand it is the next time you get your paycheck only take half of it and credit the remainder to your customers. Now if you are in the referral business as Realtors are is you business going to grow faster with 100 clients or 50?

John Jaramillo John send me an email and I’ll forward you the current base price. The builders don’t want the prices printed on videos because if you see the video 2 years later and the price is $100,000 more it creates problems. Most builders are increasing pricing monthly.

The photography was OK not great but with no narration I think that guy is not doing his job he’s not a realtor he’s a photographer
Ken, I am the photographer and the Realtor. When I video these models my intention is allow the viewer to take in the home without any input at all. There are a million ways to create a videos, I have carefully chosen to to create my library of model homes without narration for a purpose.
1. I don't need to be a distraction
2. My job isn't to sell these homes, that is the builders agent's job.
3. I don't post pricing, square footage or number of bedrooms because these all change with time and structural options. I am not interested in misleading people even by accident so I let the home speak for itself. The floor plan, the details, the architecture and the interior designs speaks more to the viewer than I could ever do.
4. I takes about 4 hours to complete one video including, set-up, video recording. Stopping while the guests are looking at the home. Setting up my video camera on a tripod and wiring a Bluetooth microphone under my clothes. Recording an introduction to the community. Taking apart that apparatus and putting my camera on a gimbal and going through a three dimensional balancing sequence so that I have the best chances to have a smooth flow without a lot of jerking to the video. Editing the files and putting them together. Introducing an intro to the community and adding music and flash notes. It takes about a half hour just for the computer to process this into a video file. Then it takes another half hour give or take to upload that condensed file to CZcams. Then create the specific text for the video. So it takes a considerable amount of time and I have decided since it was all my time, effort, money to create these videos. The last thing I want to have happen was my narration mess it all up. So there are other ways to create a video and they work for them I've chosen this path, not by accident.
