😂Thanks for your video. This home has very nicely sized bedrooms. Would have loved to see some kind of tray ceiling in the living/dining area. The ceiling just looks littered with a bunch of randomly placed pod lights and other fittings. It doesn’t look very considered. Hopefully they offer the option for some kind of tray. Also, since the bedrooms are so spacious, I was hoping to see a tub In the owner’s suite. There is certainly space for it but perhaps builders don’t start putting those in until you get into the 3,000 square feet and larger models.

Stunning yet warm and inviting home!! Beautiful exterior and a great floor plan. Only problem is I would never get up from the breakfast nook. lol so nice and cozy. I really love all the interior design colors of the newer homes, from the beautiful green of the home you posted last week to these with the warm neutral palettes. I'm in love with all of them.

WOW WOW WOW, this house is super perfect!! Gorgeous exterior and excellent floor plan!! The backyard entertaining area is to die for!! It's large enough to add a pool too. I actually love the layout, size and interior design of every room in this house. I never thought of putting clay or terracotta colors with golds and mustards but it's the prettiest mix of colors I've ever seen. BTW you do the best videos to showcase these houses too.

Wow, I love this house. Beautiful elevation and interior and great floor plan. I love the kitchen design and colors. The elongated kitchen island is perfect. It makes the kitchen streamlined for both eating and cooking. The gold chandeliers in the great room ceiling are beautiful.
