An absolute dream. Though I would prefer a different exterior style, I would definitely purchase this. The architect, builder and the stagers did a fabulous job.

One thing I would change:
Knock out the wall on the left side of the main entry; replace it with a quarter height wall set halfway across the depth of the foyer, overlooking the sitting area, with the other half comprised of a step down into the room.
Its a nice place for guests to sit and wait for family members.
The more I look at this house, if I were in Northern Fla, the more I am sold. It's a great combination of classic with fresh design elements. Yard needs some tending to, not a problem.
I hope they don't run out on homes like this model. Lovely home.
I am retiree. I will love to call it my home and grandpa home for my grandchildren. Its immaculate, tasteful and soothing. Its unique in every room. I will convert the loft on second level to study. It's whiteness is not sterile but very inviting. Never saw such a laundry room idea ever.

They take the doors off so the camera won't bang on them. That's why.

Helene's Holiday Home , what the previous poster said is absolutely true. They take doors off a lot of model homes. I recently viewed a model home and all of the interior doors were stacked in the garage. It’s a common practice and one I see all the time.
Of all the houses i have seen, this is my favorite. It is fantastic!

Saw the pool bbq area bottom floor\basement main floor has kitchen so are you to carry food for bbq down the stairs??? A second kitchen would be nice also second floor makes little sense to me rest of the house seems nice 👍
