Out of curiosity how many different floor plan configurations does this floor plan have? We seen it in person but always wondered why they didn’t do something with that entire space above kitchen/besides the loft. Wondering if maybe they do and it’s just a structure upgrade, because the only thing I feel like this big house is missing is a movie theater room which that space above the kitchen would be plenty of space and maybe a little guest house/casita. But everything else it jaw dropping. Also I remember you from a long time ago at a open house in Lake Nona lol.
Hey! Yeah you gotta get the structural option of the bonus room and if you’re lucky enough to find a lot big enough, the casita in the back. Like in the “montech transitional” video I have from Bella Collina on here called 8000 sq foot luxury toll home

This home is absolutely amazing!
The Montech Transitional in Bella Collina has some similarities, and when you add the Casita in the back (very few lots are deep enough to accommodate this) it makes for a perfect entertaining house in Florida.

Around $2.2 Million if we choose a lot in phase 2, $500k for lot premium, base prices of $1.5M and going up, structural options, design options, pool... so yes mid $2M's
Are there still homes or lots available for this model?
Yes I was just there with a client and there is one on conservation being built VAREN and one on the pond for around $2.6M all in. If you want to build fresh they have lots in the phase 3 section. Shoot me a message and I'll set up a time in Laurel Pointe
I don't think internet would be 1 terabyte, probably meant 1 gigabyte.
Correct 1 gigabyte not terabyte - at my house in laureate I get speeds of 500mb upload and download plugged into cat6 fiber optic. Supposedly in Sunbridge it’s eventually going to be 10Gb

Where is it location?
Hi this is in Lake Nona, Orlando, Florida which is southeast of OIA Airport. Laurel Pointe is a gated neighborhood within Lake Nona, just south of Laureate park. Medical City with 3 major hospitals and a Medical School is about 2 miles away, along with many Tech and Airport companies setting up shop in the town center of Lake Nona.
Very nice. My favorite.
Price?
The base price is Around $1.5M, plus lot premiums of $400k, structural options $150k, design options $200k, pool, so these can easily get into the $2.5M-$3M range depending on how they are configured and on which Lot. The collage collection is slightly more affordable and can be had under $2M, stay tuned for that video

@@skynetdao3230 many of my relocation customers compare to laureate park preserve, Jones homes eagle creek, and other David Weekley or Taylor Morrison builds nearby of 5 years or newer on conservation or pond views and some choose the resale route
Overall it’s a good comparison to do for this area

A good place for an elevator would be on the left side by the back office area, that goes up into the loft area. I met a company that can retrofit a 1-person elevator into any home without a concrete block shaft. The cost is around $35k+

The lots are pretty close together unless you get one of the larger pie shaped lots backing up to trees. Then you have to put bamboo and other landscaping on the sides

around $2.2M plus pool, structural options, etc. Some of the fully decked out versions of this will be north of $3M. They already are in Bella Collina with the montech transitional.
