    All suggestions are so good! I need to try the beef liver capsules, never heard of them. I take Vitex Berry by Gaia Herbs every day, and it helps me a lot.

      Oh yeah! I used to take iron supplements because I get so tired, especially on my first couple heavy cycle days. I heard about beef organs being one of the most nutrient dense foods and is a great source of heme iron where our bodies can absorb its benefits more efficiently than iron pills. I looked into it and saw some women on CZcams sharing their experiences with beef liver supplements. I'll say I've taken them my last 3 cycles and was noticeably more energetic and felt better than I did on the iron pills! These seem to work way better for me 💕
