This was awesome, Kaylie! For those asking about props in lieu of a ring, I used a Pilates ring which especially worked great for that first core exercise. And I found using a single heavy dumbbell was easier than 2 separate ones - personal preference!

Well done, Kaylie! Loved it! I'm so grateful for your creativity and expertise. I didn't have a ring so I used a 10 lb weight plate and had an 8 lb dumbbell for some of the moves, worked great.

I’m going to have to invest in some new home workout equipment if these special prop classes keep making an appearance. I only have 3 pound dumbbells, and I didn’t want to do this at my gym. Unfortunately with that weight it wasn’t as spicy as I wanted. No fault of Kaylie’s of course! The sequencing was superb as always. 👍🏻 Although the standing glutes was killer. That would be killer bodyweight.
i like to switch it up sometimes but i'll always post my classic workouts too! i'm glad you had fun despite the equipment :)
