Lee Gunner categorically rejects the appointment of Mikel Arteta given that his expectations for Arsenal football club are high, he is not on board with the idea of giving an inexperienced manager a chance. Lee's position is Arteta as an inexperienced manager is more likely than not to lose in most games. Egal is okay with losing games here and there and gradually build a team. Two passionate Arsenal fans, one wants instant success and the other is more than willing to accept defeats here and there, but win games in the future. Egal could have easily understood where Lee is coming from and respect his position but instead, he went against Lee's ambitions which is a wrong thing to do in the football world. Egal could have easily settled the case by admitting the fact that his ambitions for Arsenal FC are low in the short term and more than willing to cope with the process and allow Lee to express his opinion on Arteta and how weak Arsenal has become over the years.
