These standing cool down stretches will help your body recover properly from exercise and prepare you for more quality fitness training. Cooling down after your workout allows for a gradual recovery of pre exercise heart rate and blood pressure. Performing a cool down after exercise helps prevent injury and allows the body to recover from training. Not to mention it's relaxing! Join me for a simple sequence of standing cool down stretches you can use after a workout to calm the body post exercise. This quick video is beginner friendly and can be used daily for post workout recovery.

This is the best cool down I’ve come across so far! Made me feel v stretched and relaxed, I was yawning only 3 minutes after doing a HIIT workout 😂
